How much does a project cost?

As much as we would love to give a fixed project cost, each brief is unique and places different requirements on our service. We will quote you an estimated cost prior to commencing a project, and if the project takes quicker that expected we will charge you less accordingly (we take pride in offering an honest service) but it will never cost more than the provided quote.

If you are looking for cheap and nasty content then our service is probably not for you. We don’t believe in propagating the web’s pervasive spam problem and also feel that there is enough information available to produce great content.

What is the expected turnaround time on a project?

As with the cost of the project, the turnaround time is completely dependent on the size and nature of the project. When you receive a quote from us we will include an agreed turnaround time, which will be measured from project start to end. We can also prioritise jobs if you need something to be hurried up, this will come with an associated cost, which will be agreed prior to project commencement.

How many edits can I make to the project copy?

As per our guarantee, we do not consider a project complete until you are happy with content provided, relative to the brief of course, which means that you effectively have unlimited edit requests without having to pay anything extra. There will be a window period within which you can request edits, but we will charge for edits requested outside of this window period. The window period will be made clear on your receipt of the copy. By way of an example; edits to content written by us 3 months prior will likely incur additional fees.

What are the project payment terms?

Provided you are happy with the provided quote we will typically require a 50% deposit before commencement on work. This will however be based upon the size of the project, as well as the relationship you have with us.
